1Corinthians 15:8
and last of all HE APPEARED TO ME ALSO, as to one abnormally born.

It remains an undeniable fact that encounter is the glue which holds tight our plaque of faith.

A careful look at the lives of many Christians provides evidential results that those who have had a defining encounter live separately from those who haven’t.

For your encounter with divinity will always leave you with a memorable mark as you sit on the counter of humanity.

So Paul unveils in our reflection this morning that GOD APPEARED TO HIM ALSO.

He outlines the resurrection appearance of Christ Jesus to such ones like Peter, the Twelve, James and to over 500 of the brethren.

But he does not feel left out because after telling the story of others, he shares his personal testimony – HE APPEARED TO ME ALSO.

Beloved, we have severally heared how God reveals himself from the days of the scriptures to our fathers.

For many of us, all we know is the intellectual knowledge of his appearance but we are yet to experience that unusual encounter.

But we pray O Lord that just like in the days of Paul reveal yourself to us also.

And I see God bringing us to a place near his rock and unveiling his glory to us.

Beloved, let’s draw nigh, let’s yearn and hunger and thirst.

For he made known his ways unto Moses but his acts to Israel.

Lord we desire not your ACTS but please show us your WAYS.

For in it, we will have a personal encounter with you. Amen
