Image result for Isaiah 34:16We begin this week with a divine command, a divine instruction and a divine order – search for the book.

For there are many books but only one of them qualifies as THE BOOK.

For many books were have been written by men but THE BOOK came out of the mouth of the Lord and his Spirit gathered them.

This book is a person, his name is Christ.

For in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God (John 1:1)

And this word became flesh and made his residence in us(John 1:14)

Beloved, what is written in the book unveils the person of Christ.

And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the scriptures concerning himself (Lk 24:27)

So search for THE BOOK OF THE LORD and read for blessed is he who reads, who listens and puts its contents to use.

For in the book are phrases of his grace, clauses of his promises, prepositions of his emotions, adverbs of his velve, adjectives of his mercies and conjunctions of power.

But the gift of God is eternal life through Christ our Lord.

Every sentence unveils his love and every theme shows his kindness.

Wisdom is in the book, understanding is in the book, counsel is in the book, insight is in the book.

Seek for the book, beloved, yearn for the book, study the book, consume the book, reflect on the book, love the book and above all reverently live in the life of the book.

For this book shall not depart out of thy mouth but you shall meditate on it day and night and you shall be be careful to obey that which is written therein.

Show me a one who has lived in the book and ever failed.

Listen if we want to be victorious, it is not far fetched – LET US SEARCH FOR THE BOOK OF THE LORD AND READ.

CHRIST is the book of the Lord. Selah

SING ALONG
I’m at the foot of the mountain
Climbing higher to you
Stony places are on the mountain
Lift me up, high Lord unto you
To you I come
I come to follow you
There are depths of knowing you
Stretch your hand, help me come to you
