Isaiah 53:4
Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.

Isaiah is considered as one of the Messianic prophets because he was given the rare privilege of seeing 600-700 years ahead of God’s intended blueprint of the coming of Christ.
Therefore in his readings, we see several of the messianic prophecies consistently leading us to look forward.
In one of such revelations, Christ was revealed as one who would bear our griefs and carry our sorrows.
The root word for grief means malady, anxiety, calamity and these continue to be alarming signals which confront our world every now and then.
It is assuring, however, to note that Christ set out to carry these nuggets of discomfort by his atoning death on the cross.
He took upon himself our anxieties no wonder he spoke through Paul that be anxious for nothing.
He appeared to take up our burdens and wipe away our tears.
Afia Kuma theologized her revelation when she noted that Christ is the greatest porter who is never tired carrying heavy loads.
Isaiah saw that he has borne it. It was a past participle tense implying that he did it even before the creation of the world.
The lamb that was slain is worthy to open up the seal and consume its contents.
Listen, in this world, we would have many sorrows but be of good cheer for I have overcome the world saith the Lord.
In the name of Jesus, I speak into any anxious condition right now: unresolved relationship situations, unmet targets, dwindling fortunes, heartbreaking reports, restless status that peace be still because Christ has borne them all.
Don’t forget beloved, that when Christ is on set, all other things are at rest. Selah
SING ALONG
My faith has found a resting place not in device nor creed
I trust thee everliving one his wound for me shall plea
I need no other argument, I need no other plea
It is enough that Jesus died and that he died for me
