Proverbs 24:11
Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter.
RIP is a statement written on the tomb of all who die but we have to objectively acknowledge that not all are resting in peace.
In fact, in hell, many are applying for RIP which means RETURN IF POSSIBLE (RIP).
The sad reality is that many people are on the highway to hell, stumbling into slaughter in the pit of destruction.
However, we have a charge to rescue those who are being taken away to death.
This is our calling: Go to all nations and make disciples.
We are God’s rapid rescue response team called and equipped to snatch many from fire.
This is the reason why we preach the good news.
The good news is the key that unlocks the gates of hell and digs up men from the pit of destruction.
Therefore rescue that neighbour, tenant, superior, subordinate, friend, relative, social media.
For the gospel of Christ is like the rope, sinking men and women can hold on and dragged from hell into eternity.
Do not shut your mouth, beloved, let the word come out of you strongly and set the captives free. Selah
