Proverbs 2:6
For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
It is an undeniable fact that no one would love to be tagged with the tag of folly.
For the lot of a foolish person is one of sorrow, disgrace and total disregard.
In fact we cannot command influence and live lasting impacts if wisdom eludes us.
This is the more reason why wisdom must be sought with all diligence.
For wisdom is the breadth of all successes. Hence, our passage is showing us that it is the Lord that gives wisdom.
Then by simple equation, we can infer that to access wisdom, we must have access to the Lord and desire to taste of what is in his mouth – for they flow with wisdom and understanding.
Listen, beloved, the worldly wisdom should not be the target of your chase for whiles the world clap for you, Sovereignty would painfully sigh…foolish is the wisdom of the world.
Please let’s seek God and desire to diligently obtain his wisdom.
There fore if anyone lacks wisdom, let him ask God who gives liberally without reproach. Selah
